Tuberculosis of the central nervous system (TB of the central nervous system) refers to the generalized form of tuberculosis infection, characterized by a progressive course. In case of late detection of the disease and with a delay in treatment, the disease does not portend a favorable outcome. Unfortunately, in the age of molecular genetic engineering and developed industry, not isolated cases of CNS TB are recorded in the Azerbaijani population, both among the adult population and among children, which reflects the unfavorable TB epidemic situation and the low quality of preventive measures [1- four].
