Эффективность кинезотерапии в реабилитации больных хронической дорсалгией

Abstract

Purpose of work. Investigating the effectiveness of the TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) device in the rehabilitation of patients with chronic back pain.
Material and methods. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the therapeutic and rehabilitation measures, the results of the treatment of dorsalgia were investigated. 75 patients with pain syndrome were examined. The average age of the patients in the examination group was equal to 47.7 years. There were 43 (57%) men and 32 (43%) women. The duration of pain anamnesis was 8.6±3.4 years on average. According to the nosology, reflex-muscle syndrome localized in lumbar tumor was noted in 47 patients, neck radiculopathy in 28 patients.
