Thiocarboxylic acid amides as oxidation inhibitors

Abstract

The synthesized amides of thiocarboxylic acids were studied as oxidation inhibitors. It was found that their antioxidant effect mainly due to their reaction with hydroperoxides, accompanied by ion-catalytic decay of the latter and termination oxidation chains.
