Dear colleagues, faculty and valuable students,
This year, we celebrate with great pride and respect the 130th anniversary of Mustafa Topchubashov, a great personality who has made unparalleled contributions to the development of Azerbaijani science and education, his profound intelligence, loyalty to the homeland and dedication to science, and who has always been an example for us.
Topchubashov's name is a symbol not only of his scientific achievements, but also of our national identity, intellectual heritage and patriotic intellectual traditions. His activities are a beacon that illuminates the path not only of his time, but also of our present and future.
Topchubashov, with his contributions to Azerbaijani science and education, his loyalty to national and spiritual values and his high civic position, is one of the honorary figures not only of his time, but also of our scientific history as a whole. His research remains relevant today and has played an important role in the formation of scientific schools in many fields.
I would like to note with great pride that the orders of the head of state on the celebration of the anniversaries of historical figures are not just an official document, but a strategic step aimed at national and cultural revival and the formation of a healthy spiritual spirit of future generations. For this reason, the celebration of his jubilee at the state level is of great importance.
Dear participants!
The scientific and practical conferences, seminars and events organized on the occasion of this significant day at AMU on October 30-31, 2025 are also a report for us - a duty of loyalty that shows that we continue the path of outstanding personalities.
This anniversary is not just a date. It is also an oath of loyalty to his ideas, scientific heritage and spiritual values. Therefore, I call on each of us to actively participate in this event, to study his heritage more deeply and convey it to the younger generation.
On behalf of our university and the administration, I would like to express my gratitude to the scientists and student youth who participated in this magnificent conference. I am sure that the ideas to be voiced, the reports to be presented and the discussions to be held within the framework of this conference will pave the way for new scientific views and approaches, and will stimulate a deeper study of Topchubashov's legacy.
